The Securities Industry Certification Course (SICC)

The Securities Industry Certification Course (SICC) is a capital market professional certification program offered by Capital Markets and Securities Authority (CMSA) in collaboration with the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI)' UK London.

It runs for six weeks of evening training covering three modules: International Introduction to Securities and Investment; Tanzania Regulatory Assessment; and Securities.

The course is aimed at training market players (players of Capital Markets) and Professionals to keep pace with global demands in delivery of services and promoting professionalism in the capital markets industry.

After the training participants sit for exams that administered online directly from CISI London and successful candidates are granted internationally recognised certificates.

Who should attend the Course
Any professionals who are intending to offer services to the capital markets and
Securities industry.

Duration of the Course
Normally it takes six weeks evening programme from Monday to Friday starting from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Course Fees
The application fee is TZS 50,000/ and the participation fee is TZS 2,000,000/. This participation covers the tuition and Examination fees for all three modules.

Qualifications
For one to be eligible to participate in the course should have Diploma, Advance Diploma, Degree or their Equivalents

Tofauti ya kozi hii na ile ya DSE ni ipi?
Tofauti zipo nyingi ,hii ya CMSA ni kozi kubwa kuliko ile ya DSE.
Ya CMSA inaitwa Securities Industry Certification Course , ili kuwa certified kama expert wa capital market inatakiwa uwe imesoma hii kozi na kufaulu. Experts kama wa representative wa brokerage firm, investment advisors etc

Hii course CMSA wanatoka kwa kushirikiana na CISI ya UK.
Kozi ya DSE imelenga kufahamu trading kwenye soko la hisa
